Happy Mother's Day to you too! I hope you had a good one. Mine was postponed for an airshow (something I can tolerate but not my choice of event). We did see the Thunderbirds (the USAFs show team of precision F-16 ballerinas) - very impressive in a way, but as unreal as watching a movie even when you're right there having your eardrums ruptured. Two of the six pilots were women - the girls got an autograph from one of them. After 40 minutes of what must have been intense concentration in the air, she (and the others) signed autographs in the sun for at least half an hour. And she was so pleasant, not rushing, posing willingly for photos, answering questions. I'm sure she would have kissed babies were any offered. Good-looking, of course, in that squarejawed, symmetric aviator way.
