So MTV2 just showed Nirvana's Unplugged appearance in its entirety. I never caught the original. I've seen the excerpted videos, but that's not a whole show. Now, finally, I've caught it, and it was wonderful. I miss that pretty boy so much. Ten years. Damn.

I was thinking, "Wow, ten years." at work the other day. How time flies. I also told my fellow co-workers--who don't believe in the grunge--that you could see it coming in every photo if you looked the right way at Cobain's eyes. So sad.

I agree about being able to see it. He carried his death everywhere. And I remember my boyfriend at the time told me all about Kobain all the way back in '89 or '90 -- this cool neopunk from Seattle who wanted to die. He'd read about him in Rolling Stone -- some kind of brief about bands to watch.
