Another new recipe. I liked this. No cooking.

Summer Salsa Dressing

2 white peaches, skinned and cubed
1 large chopped tomato
1 small, green jalapeno
Small handful of fresh, chopped basil
Fresh oregano to taste
Fresh chives to taste
Juice of two limes
Semi-liberal pour of white Bordeaux
2 chopped garlic cloves
Cayenne pepper to taste

Mix well and pour over a salad of red lettuce, cucumber and avocado.

Flavor -- not nearly as sweet as you'd expect. Tangy and spicey w/ a hint of sweet from the peaches. The Bordeaux isn't necessary if you'd prefer making it without.

Served this one w/ kalamata olive bread and olive oil w/ Italian seasoning, lemon pepper and crushed red pepper. Dipped bread pieces in oil and herbs. Tasty.
